[...Well, it looks like there's supposed to be video, but the screen is black.
[Audio-wise, you're privy to just a bunch of thrashing for a few seconds, catching a frantic and frustrated "god-DAMMIT" and "fuck fuck fuck" and "just move, you useless piece of shit!" It's a voice and string of expletives that should be familiar to some who know Rey. In general it sounds disconcerting, with an identifiable amount of metal clanging and other hefty objects hurling about (cue stock cat scream) -- before a heavy thud shakes the screen. The feed drags across what looks to be pavement and some scattered rubbish.]
Got you! Fucking finally...
[The video moves, but the feed remains a blur as Rey hadn't intended to select facetime before things got out of control -- by "things" meaning... her own body. Only a few details can be made out in the bleary visual quality, and that's a patch of red-orange scales and some sharp, gritting teeth.]
Need... help. [Despite her exhaustion made clear in the fraught audio and her labored breaths, it's speaking those words in particular that strains her the most.]
Have to come here. Level Three.
Legs're gone. Can't walk.
[Both the audio and visual then cuts abruptly. As you can tell, Rey is having a bad time this Sanguis cycle.]

[audio]
[ As long as she has a strong nerve. ]
[audio]
All right.
[She knows that some people are stronger here is superhuman ways, with Sanguis providing more.]
Managed to leave previous location. Still haven't figured out how to walk... move yet. Not reliably.
[Since she's relocated, she'll make things easier by providing the details on where she is -- just outside some apartments. Seemed a good a place as any to rest.]
[audio] --> Action?
[ It takes Wrathion a little bit longer than he'd like to admit to find the location, but he does.
He... doesn't exactly look strong.
The figure the strides toward her has waves of shoulder length dark hair, bright red glowing eyes and and strange smudge on his cheek of something that seems almost like a small, decorative pattern of dark scales. He's dressed simply in a black shirt, sleeves rolled up and some loose linen pants in the heat. He appears... lithe, not muscular enough to lift a person for long let along her current state.
She, however, is clearly who he's striding toward. ]
Ah. I see the problem.
[ The voice is familiar, smooth and well spoken, so this is clearly him. He begins looking around, then... up. As if assessing their surroundings thoughtfully. ]
I suppose we can get you out of here to somewhere more private. Quite long, isn't it?
[ The tail! He wasn't expecting so much of it. He drops his eyes back down to her and offers a warm smile. ]
You may call me Wrathion.
[ Magnanimous. ]

[At the moment she's found a place to sit like a normal person, if that person is trying to figure out what to do with the extra twenty-five feet of snake tail from the waist down. With there being so much more muscle and tissue to account for, she's reluctant to go into any establishments until she's sure she can walk.
[Which opens up her next conundrum: It's not like she can just go home and sleep or make dinner because she doesn't have an address. A slight oversight she's made in this free lifestyle she's chosen, clearly.
[Sensing someone approaching, her tail coils up even tighter around the bench she's been resting at now. His greeting tells her that he isn't some passerby, as she now has a face (and name) to the voice.]
Yes, very. [She huffs, trying to relax her tail so she doesn't start bending the bench in ways it's never meant to. As one can expect, she's tired and hungry and very uncomfortable with being in places where people can stare at her as they walk by.] Name's Rey.
[At least some social etiquette didn't vanish with her legs.]

Now then, since I'm sure you have no desire to be stuck here longer than necessary -- where would you like to be relocated to?
[ He needs to know! ]
no subject
Honestly? Hadn't really thought that far ahead yet. Probably shouldn't leave the city this time...
[And thank fuck she doesn't have to worry about work, much. What few obligations she does have -- namely the errands she runs for Konoha's farmstead -- doesn't require her immediate attention.
[Her tail unconsciously flips around as she thinks.]
Food might be a good start. [She hadn't had breakfast, or... Wait, when was the last she'd eaten?]
no subject
There's no plan then. ]
Surely you have somewhere you can shelter until either you learn the specifics of this form, or the change itself passes?
[ Surely? Surely?! ]
no subject
That, or camp in the forests outside of the city for a few days. [That way she can usually run off her aggression and not have to deal with the less pleasant smells of the city.]
no subject
He's assisting not just a recently-transformed naga, but a homeless naga. Wrathion can picture Anduin's bleeding heart approval. ]
I see. Well, I can take you somewhere to eat if you so wish -- you'll just have to inform me where.
[ A pause. ]
Preferably somewhere with wide streets.
no subject
[Like this? How the hell is she supposed to even go up a simple set of stairs?]
Market's nearby. Haven't had anything to eat in a while, so...
[Her usual sleight of hand isn't much of an option if she can't even prepare a proper exit strategy like this yet.]
no subject
[ Don't worry about this question, Rey, it's fine. It's all fine. ]
no subject
Er, no, not particularly...? [Cautiously:] Why?
no subject
[ What?
Before she can question that he takes a few steps back, begins to disappear in a swirl of gold-flecked shadow.
The statement likely makes more sense when he reappears, not the largest dragon to ever be seen but certainly large enough to carry her. When he speaks again, his voice has taken on a deep, resonant quality. ]
We may need to loop up your tail.
[ It's long. ]

[While a guy turning into a dragon wasn't the first thing Rey expected to see happen, she can only react in what one would call "dull surprise" in response at this juncture. After all, she has lived in Furry City for almost a year now and she is a giant snake woman. Who is she to judge?]
Ah. Yes. That should be... more than sufficient. [She says this mostly to herself at first, before processing his observation.]
...
Right. [Her tail. Is very long. It even unconsciously curls at his comment, ready to grip around its next target however a snake does.] That... should be doable.
no subject
[ The tail. Can she hoist it up herself or should he be prepared to help her hoist it up? It looks as if she has some control over it, but that doesn't mean a lot. Wrathion's tail lashes as he thinks, studying her, his bright red eyes scanning the length of the tail then up to her face. ]
no subject
[With her tail curled to provide additional support to her upper half, she reaches towards the dragon.]
No no... got this.
[She doesn't want to be total deadweight needing to rely on others.]
no subject
I am not normally in the habit of giving lifts.
[ Just, you know, to be clear. He doesn't really like playing steed. This is a moment of weakness, clearly. ]
no subject
Oh good. Don't normally make a habit of asking for them, either. [As interesting as it'd be to find out what riding a dragon feels like on the regular, Rey's reached her limit for the day.
[That said, she accepts his generosity for now, fumbling over as best she can without landing on her face. Instead, she's crawling up his side, using anything she can to hold onto. Luckily, Sanguis hasn't affected her upper body strength in any way.]
