[ that’s the danger of the order, dextera knows. no one can really argue with their basic tenets. it was in place as a respectable but isolated organization long before the current archangel took it over, but the world necessitated a corruption.

[ dextera can feel that he no longer has to be quite so much on the defensive, but truthfully, it doesn’t help him relax. he knows that with this kind of thing, people will chip away at every hole in his story, either to get him out or prove themselves right. ]

It might be more accurate to say we’re led by the Archangel because of that.
