HELLO EVERYONE!!!

i have failed to introduce myself properly to the masses and i must say this is VERY SHAMEFUL OF ME (⁄ ⁄>⁄ ▽ ⁄<⁄ ⁄) my name is suoh tamaki and it's a pleasure to acquaint myself with whoever is here to read this.

to cut to the chase, i have taken quite an economic downgrade being here, and this is certainly a cultural shift for me...and the setting is a sci-fi one, to boot! i would like to take advantage of the situation to the best of my ability and go about making a fun list of ❤ FUN ACTIVITIES OF THE COMMON FOLK ❤ i'd like to partake in.

common things i would like to do while here:

▶ wait in an impossibly long line
▶ become gainfully employed (though nothing too grueling or isolated, thank you)
▶ try out various versions of the classic peanut butter and jelly sandwich
▶ play a recorder
▶ take some form of public transit

if you can help me in any of these endeavors i would be MUCH OBLIGED or if perhaps you would like to make one of these a group activity...the more the merrier!! ( ˘⌣˘)♡(˘⌣˘ )

AS AN ASIDE: i have decided i will be committing myself to a food sampling project involving common tea drinks. here is a little sample of one:

MANGO DRINK: perhaps the worst thing i have tasted in a long time. i was under the impression this was a tea drink. it is not tea.

PROS: the colour is nice, but not one i would consumer on the regular. there is certainly a sweetness to it, but my teeth felt awful after consumption.

CONS: everything else. to the common folk reading this, this is not what a mango tastes like <(￣ ﹌ ￣)> once i receive regular funds, i will buy mangos for you to try if you have never. i am TRULY SADDENED that a company has tricked you into believing this is a similar taste in any regard.

it's a part of every day life! there's a purpose at the end of the line -- like a place to pay for your groceries, or to meet an author and receive a signature. these things aren't speedy processes! and thus they queue up to wait their turn.

a mango is a fruit. even with my talent for words, i don't know that i could replicate the taste to you. please tell me your address so i may send you a mango as soon as i can. otherwise, my heart may break knowing you have never enjoyed such a wonderful fruit!

I see. Well, I imagine that there are a fair few places in Lunatia where you could find a line to stand in, but would you be doing so simply to experience the line or to benefit from the services at the end of it?

A fruit? That makes sense. You needn't send me one, though I appreciate the gesture. I imagine I can locate one on my own.

Judging by your earlier comments, I take it to mean that you are nobility of some form? What planet do you hail from?

i would of course try to make it a dual purpose exorcise. in fact, i think wanting whatever is at the end of the line is the only way to live through the true experience!

i am not a noble in the sense that i am in line for the throne of a country, no. but i am a kind of king! i also hail from earth...which is that perhaps the planet you come from, or somewhere else?

p.s. if you change your mind about receiving a mango, i will keep some extras (saving they don't spoil)

I have many friends from Earth, but that is not my planet of origin, no. I suppose I ought to introduce myself! I am Allura, Princess of the planet Altea. What kind of king are you, if I might inquire?

it's a pleasure to make your acquaintance fair princess allura. i apologize if any of my previous messages came off as too informal -- i have never corresponded with royalty via a message board before!

i am the king of a club back home, but it is of course more so a nickname. nothing along the lines of the responsibility you have to handle. oh, but being the princess of a different planet, are you at all familiar with the one we're on now? i'd never known any other planet to have life before coming here.

also: i do not know. typically a week or two, but it depends greatly on climate, as well as whatever kind of mangoes they have here on this planet.
