HELLO EVERYONE!!!

i have failed to introduce myself properly to the masses and i must say this is VERY SHAMEFUL OF ME (⁄ ⁄>⁄ ▽ ⁄<⁄ ⁄) my name is suoh tamaki and it's a pleasure to acquaint myself with whoever is here to read this.

to cut to the chase, i have taken quite an economic downgrade being here, and this is certainly a cultural shift for me...and the setting is a sci-fi one, to boot! i would like to take advantage of the situation to the best of my ability and go about making a fun list of ❤ FUN ACTIVITIES OF THE COMMON FOLK ❤ i'd like to partake in.

common things i would like to do while here:

▶ wait in an impossibly long line
▶ become gainfully employed (though nothing too grueling or isolated, thank you)
▶ try out various versions of the classic peanut butter and jelly sandwich
▶ play a recorder
▶ take some form of public transit

if you can help me in any of these endeavors i would be MUCH OBLIGED or if perhaps you would like to make one of these a group activity...the more the merrier!! ( ˘⌣˘)♡(˘⌣˘ )

AS AN ASIDE: i have decided i will be committing myself to a food sampling project involving common tea drinks. here is a little sample of one:

MANGO DRINK: perhaps the worst thing i have tasted in a long time. i was under the impression this was a tea drink. it is not tea.

PROS: the colour is nice, but not one i would consumer on the regular. there is certainly a sweetness to it, but my teeth felt awful after consumption.

CONS: everything else. to the common folk reading this, this is not what a mango tastes like <(￣ ﹌ ￣)> once i receive regular funds, i will buy mangos for you to try if you have never. i am TRULY SADDENED that a company has tricked you into believing this is a similar taste in any regard.

i know where you can learn the recorder
and like
lots of other instruments

oh and if you go to some of those big bakeries in the middle of cordis
you might run into a long line

really?? is there some school of music here? (╯✧▽✧)╯ i would love to take a tour sometime!

i will also check out the bakeries. if there isn't a line, i still receive a treat and win in the end!

like a big-ish building with a few classrooms and a few teachers
so yeah
kinda like a school
but it's all music classes for various instruments
hey i can show you it :)

i mostly do string instruments but...they have stuff for all types of things!

and...i mean the treat is the main reason to anyway
lines aren't all they're cracked up to be

that would be lovely! i already know the piano, so i can read sheet music...but the recorder is a much different instrument and i would appreciate professional guidance.

yes, it's always nice to partake in a baked good. but in this case, the line is certainly the diamond in the rough of this particular experience!

they teach it to young kids where i'm from

i bet if you play it smart
you could do nearly everything on your list
in one day

then you'll have to come up with new things to do, tho

it's pretty lucky that you've never had to stand in line before

if that's the case, you have instilled a new sense of vigor into my spirit! i could easily come up with another list to accomplish for the next day

and then the day after that!!!

take a cab to the cafe
wait in a long line
order something with peanut butter and jelly
take another cab to recorder lessons
then find a job in the prismaplace where there's always jobs!

then start a new list for the next day

my good citizen, you are truly a genius. this may clear my list quickly, but it's like a CHALLENGE! to come up with a list of things, then discover and order and method in which to clear it every day!

my days here will be filled with fun activities (≧▽≦)/

that sounds like a lot of fun tbh
i like planning out my day a lot
so i can get as much out of it as possible
youll have a lot of free time here so
it's not a bad idea to have a lot of plans!

that does remind me however.

where i came from i was in high school, and i don't want to totally neglect my schooling -- especially not knowing how long i'll be here! so i'll have to plan some kind of tutoring or lessons into my schedule.

but after that, my schedule shall be filled with activities.
