( fellow moonblessed~! have a pair of dark hazel eyes looking at you through the screen, a pointy nose against it because he knows no better than having the right distance from the feed's view. he's just trying to find the perfect angle. )

I know I've met some people during the festival, which I must thank them for their kindness when I first arrived. ( an almost, visible attempt of a bow. coughing a little and clearing his throat in a cute manner. ) My name is Souji Okita, from Edo, Japan, Earth as I know. First Captain of the Shinsengumi and Assistant Captain to Commander Isami Kondล-sensei and Vice-Commander Toshizo Hijikata-san.

I've been told there's another Okita here. No, I don't have a brother or a twin. No, I don't owe you money, I never kicked your dog and I certainly never soiled your gardens. ( in before anyone could come up to him with yelling and insults, hoping this place isn't like kyoto. are these things what sadists do? he doesn't even know. and 'psycho killer' would fit in here. ). I haven't met him, so... Okita-mimic-kun, you better make a public apology for any kind of offense towards the people you might have irritated. Do not make a disgrace of my family name, please! ( because... shinsengumi's motto is 'truth' so truth goes with justice, mister. hah! however, given the poor view of his face, take his seriousness with a grain of salt. )

Leaving that aside, I'd like some help about technology and contemporality, as I come from a time where none of what Lunatia has exists, and gaijin knowledge is only available to the scholars and nobility.

Of course, as it seems like I'm staying for an unknown period of time, I offer you my services for a fair wage. I'll gladly help you with any Chroma you want in return for these favors! I'm indebted to your kindness once again!

Not as prominently, but don't fret, we remembered a great deal of your Shinsengumi, including its members.

As for opening the borders... As I said, Japan has become a popular tourist destination, and yes, there has been quite a bit of influence from the outside for it. I'd argue, though, that the opposite has been just as true. For as geographically small our island nation is, our cultural impact has been felt in all corners of the globe.
