tried climbing places up high and sometimes fell down
went to dark low places and got lost a lot
usually roofs are good places for a strong signal
but maybe this setting is different

At the very least, you should be able to order for food to keep in your current place of residence. Can't help much with the family part, though. Do you at least have a roommate?

Even getting started would probably be hard. You'd have to get to the lowest level and pierce through the... whatever it is down there that's probably a lot harder than concrete. Overall, not recommended. It would not be easy and would probably be a legal mess.

So I'm not really sure how much help I can be here. Open areas are your best bet, I'd guess, as long as you're careful.
