Hello! The current circumstances are less than ideal, but I can put this off no longer.

Whether you know me or not, I am Titus Alexius, formerly of the Reim empire. It is more or less accurate to say that I am sixteen years old. I have been conducting research with the Lunar Scientia for the past several months, and I have also had more than I can stand of living alone. Therefore, I have prepared a simple twenty-question survey!

Anyone and everyone is welcome to submit a response, and there is no need to answer every question. I shall ask! But I think he would be. Why should anyone mind the opportunity to live with someone like you? (Well, obviously provided that they knew you, which he does not, but we can remedy that easily enough... perhaps at one of the showings with the realtor!)

[ serge refrains from explaining why exactly people would not want to live with him. there are numerous reasons outside his control, and those are a little depressing to discuss—but if he gets into it, he’ll never stop. titus doesn’t deserve that. ]

Ah, though it occurs to me that by mysterious, perhaps you simply mean strange. In which case there is probably nothing that can or should be done
