[She can't feel Rei, she can't feel their connection and she can't seem to get a hold of her.

But she doesn't want to panic.

But she's kind of panicking. Did she go home? How would Usagi be sure of that though?

I can't get a hold of her and I'm just worried. So... so if someone could please just let her know Usagi is looking for her? She's not hard to miss. She's beautiful, long raven black hair and sharp violet eyes that basically know everything about you as soon as they see you. [If Rei is still here, she'll yell at Usagi for such a description, but so long as it means Rei is still here, then Usagi will happily be yelled at.]

I have not seen anyone quite fitting that description, I'm afraid. When was it the last time you saw her?

Um, this morning, or actually I guess last night, she's always up so early and I just left for work thinking she was home meditating and just yelled goodbye.

But I haven't been able to get a hold of her all day.

I wonder if this place can whisk us away, sending us back home just as readily and without warning as it brought us here.

[She's silent for a long while as she contemplates what he says before there's a soft, shuddering inhale of breath.]

She is one of my most precious people from home. We've been together for... years and years.

[They can't answer, of course, but they know where she lives.

So after listening to this message, they head over to her apartment... and realize they can't get inside, and the thing only buzzes her, which won't help them.

So instead, they send her a video message of them standing in front of the door to her apartment and waving. Hopefully she'll see that soon.]

O-One minute.

[Usagi sniffles softly and the video cuts out before about five minutes or so pass and Usagi opens the front door of the apartment lobby, bending down and picking Knight up and hugging them close.]

[They reach up to her the moment she opens the door, practically jumping into Usagi's arms to help her as best they can.

All they can really do is try to comfort her. Hopefully it'll help.]

[She closes the door and then hurries to Rei- to her apartment. Trying her very best to stay composed until they get to her place.

When she gets her own apartment door closed, she slides down against it, crying softly as she rests her head on Knight's head.]

[They cuddle up against her, close as they can be, and just let her start to break down as soon as they're in her place. She can fall apart as much as she wants, they'll be right there for her.

It's anyone's guess how much that'll actually help. They know what it's like to lose a friend. A lot of friends, actually.]

I don't know what to do, Knight... I don't... I don't, I'm not good living on my own, I've never done it before. I don't know how to cook or how to- I've never paid bills or anything like that.

I'm not smart enough.

[Soon after he heard Usagi's post, Soundwave tries to get in touch with her missing friend. He'd met Rei once, and as a psychic himself, he should be able to feel the other's presence. ... He got nothing.]

I'm afraid she's no longer on this planet. I can't feel her presence...

[Usagi is not psychic, but she has a connection to all of the girls, to all of her precious people. The connection to Rei isn't snapped but it's as strained as the others, stretched taut but strong, unable to break.]

Rei was never much of a touchy-feely kinda person, she didn't mind it from certain people but it always had to be on her terms. This place... it basically takes that choice from her.

Ah... um, sorta. Her name is Seiya Kou. We're good friends, but we don't know each other as well as Rei-chan and I do.

I think it is more accurate to say we were acquaintances, but we got along well enough.

[ 'Friendship' suggests more of a relationship than he thinks they had, but...perhaps, eventually, they might have been. ]

It can be difficult being in a new place in the absence of anyone familiar so it is good there is someone else you know.
