{Video; UN: elvenking}
If I were able to procure the proper ingredients, would there be any interest in Elven remedies? They are markedly more effective than the medicines of Men and Dwarves, but I cannot speak for the races I do not know.
{Thanks to the Chroma he has acquired, he could start a business. Then - oh then - he will seek a house worthy of a king! For now, he is reclining on a sofa, looking much calmer than he did during his prior broadcast.}
I could offer them as teas, for example, or mix them in dishes with pleasant flavors.

[She glances away from the video feed, regarding the birdbox for a moment as she continues reluctantly.]
Not an illness, really. A side-effect of an enchantment I cast back in my own world.

[She sighs, looking back at the video feed. She knew what the price was going to be when she cast the magic in the first place, and it hadn't yet fulfilled its purpose.]
I don't think I would want it undone, anyway. But it does drain me.

{He knows this story well. Mortals are always making rash decisions.}
Continuously? Then your arrival in Lunatia has not severed you from your world entirely. That is interesting.

My magic still works here, and the enchantment is on my person.
[She smiles somewhat drily.]
I don't know how much worth it has in this world, though. The magic's purpose was to empower me to accomplish something important back home. But since arriving here, I have not had much need of it.

What does the enchantment do?
{He can't help being curious.}
We should focus on returning home, don't you think? Do not spend overlong considering your compatibility with this world. All we need do is survive.

[Her attempts to study it haven't been met with much success in the time she's been here, which at this point is approaching half a year.]
The enchantment on me empowers my magical ability. [Yes, she sacrificed her physical health for a shortcut to magic power. Is there a more stereotypically-human way to break into spellcraft?] I started my studies in that area very late, and I was in somewhat of a hurry.

{Magic is a tricky subject for Elves. Some are fine with Wizards; Thranduil is not one of them. To him it seems too easy for such power to be swayed.}
You rushed it. {Children. Please.} I can give you energy, but use it wisely.

[She agrees with his assessment, though she seems disgruntled about it. Some rushing is inevitable when you have a lot to accomplish and a very limited lifespan in which to do so. She's not eager to be chastised by a strange elf.]
It was my price to pay, but I won't turn aid away.

We can try various combinations to see which one works best for you.

[She's not sure what to expect from "elven remedies," but even on her world elves are considered wise and skilled in many areas. That, at least, is somewhat familiar.]
Thank you for offering your assistance.
