Hey everyone, happy Summer Solstice!

Yeah, I checked, and it turns out this is the longest day of the year here in Lunatia. They, uh, don't seem to celebrate it, though. Kinda strange, back home it was a pretty big deal. There was a big feast, planting seeds and starting gardens... oh, the flower crowns! Everybody got at least one. Some people had trouble wearing all the ones they had.

Also I think stuff with alcohol and... well, that stuff my Dad would have killed me for getting involved with, so nevermind.

Anyway, any of you guys have celebrations like that? And Riku, Sora, we've got to at least get some crowns made before the day's over!

[What Kairi isn't saying is, the Summer Solstice is also her birthday, or at least the day they've celebrated it since she arrived on the islands. But hey, she won't make a big deal out of that, and the only ones who know are her boys.]

Racing can be pretty tricky, so I wouldn't be surprised if they were pretty difficult.

... I think I'll pass on those myself.

There are plenty of different types, I'm sure we can find something you like. I really loved the shooters.

Maybe I should try morphing my Keyblade into a gun.

I've done something like that myself. It definitely makes for a surprising attack for your enemies.

Can you show me how? Sora's the only one I've ever seen do something like that, and much as I love him, he's not exactly the world's best teacher...

She can do it to? I guess that makes sense, I've just never seen her actually do anything like that.

I haven't seen it myself, but... she's one of the the Keyblade Master in our group.

So is Riku, and I've never seen him do it.

I could ask one of them though. Or I could just bring it up to Master Invi. You'd figure she'd know how to do it. Maybe I'm just not at that part of my training yet...

Master Invi? Is there another keyblade master here? I don't recognize that name.

Oh, you haven't met them yet! Right, there are actually some other masters here! And this is the really weird part... Apparently, they came here from before the First Keyblade War!

Master Invi's one of them, and she's been teaching me since I arrived.

This world can bring masters here from the past? I didn't think it was possible, but...

If that's the case, I'd like a chance to meet one of them.

You should get that chance. Master Invi is willing to talk to people most all the time. She's a Sanguis, though, so don't try to talk to her during the first week of the month.

Does... something bad happen to her during that time?

Sanguis's "blessings" are kind of hard to control. She tends to get... aggressive. Also she turns into a giant snake from the waist down.

I heard that changes can be different for everyone, but... that definitely sounds tough. Is she alright afterwards?

Yeah, she's fine. The transformations don't have any lingering side effects or stuff like that. But I don't know how well she's adapted to having that transformation every month. I haven't been brave enough to ask.

She might appreciate it. Sometimes it's enough just to know that someone cares when it comes to something troubling.

Maybe.

My point is, if you want to talk to her, try after the fifth of the month. And not during the three moons phase.

Got it. ... I'll try to steer clear of her until then if I can.

I think that'd be for the best.

There's also Master Ava. She's a Cordis, so she's much easier to approach, but during her phase she might demand you feed her.

Another Master? ... There must be way more of us than I thought.

It's honestly kind of unbelievable. I'm not really sure what the final count actually is.

We should keep an eye out, just in case there's more out there. All of us should stick together.

I don't think we have to worry about that. At this point, it's splitting us up that's hard.

You're right about that. Still, it wouldn't hurt to be prepared for anything.
