it's also women's rights to turn you down. besides, i didn't say they weren't allowed. i just said a lot of women like it when men make the first move. but there's that and then there's going on the network asking for girls to hit on you. you also just took the first move from them.

A year?! What takes a year to plan?!

our birthday party is an event. like a social event? mom always used them for networking. everybody's schedule is busy so you need a year's notice. i guess you don't have that problem, huh?

I don't think I've ever been to an event like that. Even when God Troupe got invited to things like that, I wasn't invited since I wasn't part of the main cast. Mankai's still up and coming so we haven't had any big social events to attend like that yet. Oh, but we probably will get to soon! Mankai's Winter Troupe beat God Troupe's challenge, so we're on our way to the top!

don't be so eager to go to one of those things. they're boring and it's a lot of talking to people.

it's not an interesting kind of talking to people. it's networking. just small talk and nothing else.

[It takes Hikaru a good moment of just staring at the text. He was mostly joking but he can't keep the joke up after that? Not well anyway. It just isn't often that somebody says that to him and means it because at this point he knows that Taichi means literally everything he says. But people don't really say that about Hikaru. They might say it about Hikaru and Kaoru but not about just Hikaru. It's new.

He's really not sure how to handle somebody legitimately saying that just he's enough because even to Hikaru it's him and Kaoru. It's supposed to be just him and Kaoru but this is nice, too.

He hates this. He needs to just reply.]
