[Rey's had to deal with her own robo-racism on a number of occasions, so she's not one to complain about stigmas.]

never did the journaling thing before but it cant be entirely useless if people do it
dont know whether to write shit digitally or by hand

Well maybe not meditation then. But something that can instill a sense of relaxation might be good! For me, it's cleaning, cooking, and drawing.
