[sup, it's a rabbit you probably haven't seen hide or hare hair of for awhile. she's looking a bit broody today, sitting by herself in some kind of chromatically-decorated boba tea shop. wonder why!!]

What's the point of turning 20 when you can't even celebrate it with the people you care about? [she twitches her ear, taking a long sip from an oversized straw.] At least my birthday fell on the day after Triple Moon, huh?

Less chance of me running into a Sanguis with uncontrollable bloodlust.

[aka "I can't make vague attempts at stumbling into the path of a hungry carnivore"

SORRY SHE'S BEING!! MOODY.....
]

Though I guess it's normal for old people to treat their birthday like a normal day.

[She almost asks why, because the idea of "in school" and "alone" were incongruent until she remembers what Haru had told her about her school experience, but-]

Maybe you can turn twenty twice? Make him celebrate it again when you get home!

[When! When!]

Oh, um- I guess! My mother was too weak to say much when my parents found her, so, they just guessed how old I was and we counted from there!

No, don't do that! I'm sure Legosi wouldn't have left on purpose... Or, well, if he did, then yes, break up with him, but- !

[nfekwlf she doesn't know!]

We just never really did birthdays... just going to the shrine when I was three and seven... or, when I was probably three and seven.

It does matter, Haru!

[respect urself! ... and smack ur boyfriend a little maybe]

Do future Japan people not celebrate that anymore? Or- someone told me lots more kids survive then so maybe not?

It wasn't a specific day, we'd just go when the rice harvest was finished. That way we could give thanks for that at the same time.
