You know...

I have grown very tired as of late. To die... to come back... to apparently be returned to my world and brought back here... to know that nothing done here matters at all. But that's the wrong way to think.

It does all matter.

[ He lets out a sigh. ]

Those that are imprisoned in the Lightless... I refuse to allow them to be held there any longer. What reason do we have to keep them there? What reason beyond that these people say they deserve it? What reason should they not be granted forgiveness?

This world is built on a system I refuse to humor anymore.

[ And, Archangel begins to use his Exalted ability -- his dragon voice to coerce those listening both Prismal and Moonblessed. ]

The Moonblessed sycophants that joined the Moon Knights are to be killed on sight! And everyone else... come to the lowest level and break the barrier to release those in the Lightless! Now!

[ ooc: Hi, it's that plot that I had mentioned with Archie returning. He's causing riots with his dragon voice and "convincing" everyone to break the barriers of the Lightless. Will he succeed? The answer is, of course, no. But he's going to cause a lot of chaos. For simplicity's sake -- I'll keep all my stuff to this post and anyone can do what they want with the madness that Archie has created. ]

In Her honor?

What honor does that mad deity have left?

[ Ignoring the threat and going for that! ]

She is still God, no matter what you want to believe, and if brother will not heal her I will.

And what... honor do you have? Do you have any? This is not our world. You cannot aim for godhood here.

She is no god. A god would have made a better world... all She has created is strife and suffering! And what can you do to save such a pathetic creature?

I have more honor than that thing ever will have. I cannot acquire Her abilities, but I can acquire enough faith and bodies to correct the wrongs of this world. That in and of itself... is what a god should strive to do.

And I wonder why She cannot heal the world... or Herself...

Were you aware that I could hear through the walls? Beyond my demise... I could hear so many things.

And what happiness could you bring? Who else do you care for but you? Whose happiness do you care for but your own? Not the world's... not my brother's... you will only make a different pain. You will only cause a different suffering that satisfies you alone.

Who would choose your gospel, in the end, but you alone?

[ He clicks his tongue at the accusation. ]

What happiness could I bring? More than anything that She has brought to our world. It will not be something given just to the few, but given to the many. All lives will be happy and peaceful... without strife within their hearts to cloud their minds and cause them to ruin their lives.

If you say this satisfies me alone, then you're right... it does.

I've grown tired of seeing everyone squander their chances at living better lives than what they have. I'm tired of seeing the suffering of others while everyone looks on and say that they did their best.

If I am the only one to choose this gospel, then so be it. I'll drag all of you into paradise and ask no thanks for it.

Do you even know peace? Happiness? Do you know how to understand what makes others happy? Just what emotions would they feel... I feel that it would not be joy. It would not be feelings they could call their own.

And have you done your best? What have you done for anyone? What does this do fo anyone? This tantrum towards people with more power than you?

Your paradise looks like hell to me... I can only think you want everyone to be under your thumb, just as you did in the Order.

My dear brother-in-law... [ Know what. Yes, let's do this. ] ... I know what it means to make others happy more than most. I have a great sense of love for humanity. That's more than I can say about your god that did nothing for the screaming cries that She heard around Her.

She used those orbs to be able to see the world, and did nothing to help the people. She instead let them shrink back into fantasies in order to cope with the horror of their existences. Baroques existed before even the fiery end of our world, after all.

She saved no one. She did nothing.

I, however, see a brighter world than what could be. What does this do for others? It allows them the chance to no longer feel pain or anguish. It gifts them the chance to reach out to those they would not... to help those that they refused to help before... and bring about a world where there are no more sinners in it.

If that is Hell, then I look forward to watching you burn in it this time.

I will take back my gift if you refer to me that way. [ He can still find ways to get that tongue. ] You love humanity as a child loves his toys. Nothing more. I would not doubt... that you see every other person has a thing to be had.

And you lead the Order and did nothing to help. All you could do is lash out at Her. But from Her... from Her song... I could hear her love and her despair. There was a warmth that you could never possess in you. There was a connection you could never have with anyone. With the world, she had that. With us, She would be healed and return to what She was before.

Do you truly believe that... removing pain will bring happiness? Will we know happiness... if there is no pain to weigh it against? Will such a world create the paradise you believe it will?

Would the other Koriel think you could do this? Where was their happiness? Even when you held them in your grasp, you smashed them in your fist when they no longer wanted to play with you, right?

And you will be burning beside me. We have said before... we are wretched creatures, the both of us... and brother will not take long to see how septic the rot in your heart has become.

How terrible. Family shouldn't fight. [ He sneers. ] A child that loves his toys? If it were but that, I'd smash every last life before me and leave everything barren wasteland.

Did nothing to help? I do believe I worked very hard in order to create a paradise for the world... I never strayed from that path. As for Her, you hear what you want to hear. You see only what you want to see. You place Her on a pedestal like every other person and not see the destruction that She has wrought with her inactions!

Will you? You do seem to only know what love is through pain. I suppose you wouldn't know what to do with yourself, but I would still gift you a life where you cannot choke on your own self-hatred... for that, too, is pain that you need not feel.

They would've been brought into the new world. Any suffering that they experienced at my hand would be erased within the new paradise. And anyway... don't act as though there is love lost with them. They abandoned you, and chose you to be the one to die. Yet you act righteous for their punishment? Please...

Righteousness and glory and light... those suit your brother more than it ever will you.
