Does anyone know where I could find pants that would fit over a tail? Specifically one that I can't just slide through a hole.

[He pauses, and there's the sound of feathers rustling.]

Some advice on modifying existing clothing to fit would be nice too. And, as a lower priority...shirts I can wear with wings.



(OOC: Ren Amamiya is going to be bringing him something he can wear, but general advice is still welcome. He'll turn down offers to bring him clothing directly from anyone he doesn't know and who isn't about the same size as him.)

It's all fairly surprising, to me. Even Western TV shows have more of a variety of appearances than I'm used to, just from natural human variation. Adding in features from other species is...stunning, to say the least.

For the first few days it definitely was. I've sort of gotten used to it now.

At least from the outside looking in. I've not had anything like ears or a tail happen personally but maybe this isn't my moonphase either.

I am a lot more hungry than usual though.

That's happening to me, too. I have a fast metabolism to begin with, but...I don't normally get this hungry so soon after dinner.

I feel like I could eat several myself, and my idea of 'dinner' is already much more than the person I used to work with over meals. I guess that's one of the side effects of this moon...

Teenage boys do have something of a reputation for being bottomless pits.

You're not kidding there. He can clean out my kitchen when he stays around for more than a day. I really feel for you if you're half the eating force he is.

After a while, you get used to rarely actually eating your fill. I just eat enough to get by, or else I don't think I'd be able to afford my rent.

I'm sorry to hear that. Rent can be ridiculous in a big city.

[He's a teenager, right? She can't help but feel a pang of something like sadness. No teenager should have to juggle that sort of rent on their own.]

Especially if you want anything resembling privacy. The cheaper apartments in Tokyo all have nothing but wooden walls between units, and that's not very suitable for a job that requires taking classified phone calls.
