So now that we're in the Cordis phase is in effect, I thought I should ask about it. Yes, I probably should have done that before now and I won't make any excuses for that.

[ Though the mission sort of had taken priority, right? ]

What should I be expecting besides the physical changes? Any advice on how to handle it?

I'd like to ask about the Iris phase too. Not for myself, but for a friend.

The changes, physical and otherwise, can vary widely every different phase. But if you're Cordis you should be careful because while you might not be aware of it you could be letting off pheromones.

[He's been on the other end of those pheromones himself, and being Sanguis it's more than a little annoying.]

Iris transformations tend to be either rabbits, deer, or jellyfish based on my observations. It's difficult to determine any other traits without already knowing the specifics of each individual affected though, the most I've really been able to pinpoint is that they seem to have some degree of electric abilities.

So I won't know if I'm giving anything off until it's too late? Or will there be some kind of sign that I could look for before then?

[ Rabbits, deer, or jellyfish? Sorey nearly busts out laughing because he's just picturing Mikleo in any and all of those sorts of transformation. Tentacleo. Edna would love that one so much. ]

[A chuckle. Is he slightly roasting a complete stranger? Absolutely.]

Otherwise from what I can tell you can't smell it yourself.

And what do you think I mean? Magic, obviously. I haven't really seen it much, but it seems that each moonblessing corresponds to various kinds of magic. Nothing very useful, though.

Nothing very useful doesn't really matter. It's still magic. Where I'm from, that's not something humans can do at all! So I'm excited for that at least.

I see. Well you should be careful, it seems like there are plenty of people around here who are used to having powers like this so you never know what could happen.
