So now that we're in the Cordis phase is in effect, I thought I should ask about it. Yes, I probably should have done that before now and I won't make any excuses for that.

What should I be expecting besides the physical changes? Any advice on how to handle it?

It's easier to accomplish a task or a goal if there are more people working on it together. So I don't mind at all with helping.
