Hey everyone!

[ It's still in the middle of the triple moon cycle, so now you'll get to see Konoka's... head in all of her deer person glory. Deer ears, small but notable horns, and from what's visible of her neck and shoulders, a little fur. There's some color to her cheeks,]

So I've got a couple of questions.

There were some really cool people I met down in Obscuria but I've only run into one of you since! You probably ran into me as 'Regina'. I wanted to see if you guys were still around!

And secondly, though it's not at all related to the first... how do you guys in Iris deal with being perpetually turned on? I mean, I'd love to ultimate moonlace but I think propositioning people out of the blue would be kinda creepy, and I'd rather be a little more safe, you know? Even if it turns out I'm into some of the riskier stuff. Are there like, toys anywhere I can buy to stave it off if I can't find a good partner?

[ She kinda wished she had one. There's no way she'd talk to Eva about this... right? ]

[Kairi responds to that with a shrug, looking up and down the aisle.]

I don't even know how to begin answering that. I've got a good idea of what I like, but I'm no expert. You want me to call over an employee?

[ Konoka answered. She was looking over one of the options and it had... an overly large amount of settings to say the least. Maybe push her in a simpler direction might help. ]

Alright, hang on while I- oh hey, I recognize her!

[Immediately Kairi raised her hand to flag down the same lady who'd helped her the first time she'd come in here. With an amused smile of recognition, the woman walked over, arms folded, expression curious.]

[ Konoka stopped poking at the really involved magic wand toy long enough to recognize that the woman was talking to them. Judging by the way Kairi was looking at her, it looked like she was the familiar face she spoke of! Feeling more confident, Konoka spoke up. ]

We do! I'm looking for a good magic wand. You know, to stave off arousal in case I can't find a partner!

"Stave off"? Oh girl, you're looking at it totally the wrong way. What you need is a plastic friend that'll help you... indulge in Iris's blessings.

[Kairi elects not to speak up about that. Of course the Prismals themselves revere the moons, so they wouldn't accept hearing it be treated like a burden.]

Regardless, put that down, hun. You're new to this, right? So stick with something simple.

[She reaches down and pulls up one with just three buttons. An on-off switch, and two with up and down arrows.]

[ Konoka immediately put it down, feeling like she'd been caught with her hand in the cookie jar. While she wanted to contest that it wasn't the blessing she had a problem with, it was too complicated for her to want to get into a debate about that. So she took the one the clerk offered, moving her thumb up to the on and off switch. The rumble told her that it was already functional. ]

Got your attention, didn't I? With these, you don't really need to get all complex. The simple version'll do just fine.

[She chuckles and watches Konoka with the wand. Kairi can't help but grin a bit too.]

[That comment from Kairi makes the woman chuckle a little, amused at what she calls it.]

Mmmmm, I'd say I'm ready for quite a lot, actually.

[ She can't help but smile, slightly embarrassed when she thought about how forward she was compared to at home... and Konoka got pretty forward at home, too! ]

For one thing, I kinda want to teach Kairi here a bit about BDSM... at least the bondage side of things. Start things safe and slow.

[Kairi flushed, but she didn't object. After all, this woman was probably one of the most qualified to help them out with this, and she at least felt the need for the assistance.]

I'm gonna teach Kairi how to tie me up. I've experienced it, after all.

So I'm wondering what kinds of rope or cuffs might help with beginners. Though really, I'm not any expert myself, I just got involved with a lovely person who taught me everything she knows...

[Kairi didn't respond to that, she just got redder in the face.]

Well, a basic silk rope is pretty much ideal, but the real question is what sort of positions and such you want to be tied into. Regardless of the material you're using, there's a world of difference between having your hands tied behind your back, and having your feet bound to the bedposts while your arms are strapped to the mattress. The bedposts by your head, at that.

[That mental image made Kairi's eyes bulge.]

Whoa, take it easy! It looks like you're gonna give her a heart attack. Those are pretty tricky for me to heal, and that's only if I'm fast enough.

[ It was a half-joke. She doubted Kairi was close to one. ]

Anyway, I think the hands behind back might be easier to start out with. Unless we're playing with cuffs...?

[Just a little stunned. And kind of caught by that mental image.]

She knows I'm joking. Anyway, either one would actually work. Cuffs would actually be a little easier. That's mostly what the real ones are for, after all, only real handcuffs don't have the quick-release ones ours do. Which, by the way, is why you should never, under any circumstances, use real ones for this sort of thing.

Plus, who doesn't want to own a pair of fuzzy pink handcuffs? Come on.

Of course. I've been curious about pink fuzzy cuffs since before I even knew about this stuff. Good to finally have context though!

Do you also have those little shears for emergencies when the rope's gotta come off quick? When she's ready, I'd like to see how good Kairi is with ropework too.

Of course. They're right in with the rope itself.

[Kairi glances over at the wall with the rope hanging on it. Several pairs of small scissors hang next to it.]

[ Konoka scooped up a couple of skeins, the scissors, and of course two sets of cuffs. Konoka considered a gag but in all honesty, that'd probably be too much for Kairi. ]

I think I'll take these. We're good on Chroma amount, right?

I don't think we should have any trouble.

I'd recommend a blindfold, while you're at it. They're cheap, and a pretty easy way to ease into this sort of thing.

[That suggestion roused Kairi's curiosity without making her freak out, for once.]

Oh yeah, doesn't that really enhance your other senses and all?

A blindfold? I knew I was forgetting something!

[ She picked up one that felt nice and actually looked like it would block her sight. ]

It tends to, yes. Especially touch. You tend to get really sensitive… that also happens when you’re just tied up too!

[She's completely out of her depth. But tying Konoka's hands behind her back, blindfolding her... honestly, that doesn't sound too bad.]

[ Konoka rung up her purchases before turning to Kairi. ]

Did you want to get something before we left?

No, not right now. I might come back for a blindfold or two of my own, but I gotta talk to- well, I gotta make sure they'll see use.

[Riku in particular might not be super keen on the idea.]

[ Konoka called out to the clerk She'd been so helpful, no wonder Kairi seemed to remember her, of all things! Idly walking behind, Konoka then decided to clarify any plans, mostly in the simplest way she knew how. ]
