The Ware Wolf Shop has a two item limit per month, even if you have enough Chroma for more. How does anyone decide what to buy?
I know I want one orb to get one of my books that Caster asked for, and I know I want to have another orb for some of my coworkers' works... But how am I meant to choose just one? Even if I can get more later, I find it hard to say whether Kyouka's works are a higher priority than Dazai's or Chuuya's or Yosano's or Kunikida's or - well, I could go on. And that's just limiting myself to buying the orbs and limiting what I could summon to books.
I could use advice? Or opinions about Japanese literature, if you have those.

Why would anyone call them weird? They're stunning.
no subject
I-I mean... all the kids at the orphanage I grew up in called them weird? Two colors certainly isn't normal, anyway.
[Is there anything Atsushi didn't get bullied over?
...No, not really. He's pathetic like that.]
no subject
[This is just an objective fact, and Atsushi should really not let his self-esteem be affected so much by kids he used to know.]
I think they're lovely. If I could paint, I'd gladly paint your portrait before anything else.
no subject
T-That's... that's really too much, Atsushi-san, They're not... I'm not... I think your eyes are far more lovely, personally. They shine, not quite like metal but more like light....?
no subject
If, if you say things like that, I don't know how to respond... Your hair is softer than mine, that's a fact. I don't know how you don't spend all day playing with it.
no subject
[Soft??? S-So he liked touching it?
Oh. At this rate, Atsushi is going to kill him isn't he.]
Y-you like touching it...? I-I mean, um...!! Even if it's soft, yours is far prettier. I've never seen hair that's a shade like yours.
no subject
O-of course I like touching it. Unless you don't like me touching it?
[He thought Atsushi was enjoying it but maybe he was misreading the signs somehow??]
no subject
[....just bury him here, it's fine.]
...I-I mean... why wouldn't I like it?
no subject
[fucking rip.]
no subject
[Oh this is awkward. No one's ever asked why and he's left speechless for a moment, fumbling for an answer that won't sound weird.]
I just...
no subject
[The awkwardness is palpable, and while Atsushi is more likely to assume that the fault is with himself, he doesn't want to pressure him to talk at all.]
no subject
[He doesn't want Atsushi to feel like he's at fault or asking something bad somehow, it's just...]
...I just was a bit surprised you liked touching me like that, that's all.
no subject
[rip!]
no subject
[Rest in pieces, Atsushi. This is just too much for him.]
U-Um... thank you... I didn't quite expect to hear something like that.
no subject
Is it so strange to want to make someone you're fond of smile?
no subject
....No, I guess it's not. You're really far too sweet, Atsushi-san.
no subject
[quantum honorifics, he definitely has been calling him atsushi-kun since forever I just don't write things like that]
He thinks so too.
no subject
[A pause, before--]
Ah.... does he? I mean, he isn't as open as you about how he feels, besides how he feels about you that is.
no subject
[Inner Atsushi: I did not agree to be dragged like this, the fuck.]
no subject
[Oh. That's... surprising, really. He'd figured Inner Atsushi was a little less sociable by now, but for him to like him more than anyone else besides his other half here...
It was terribly flattering, really. It flustered him.]
no subject
[It's probably the first time inner Atsushi has taken over midword, but he can't just sit back and let himself be read for filth.
At least their speech patterns are different enough that even in just voice, it's clear what has happened.]
no subject
Eheheheh...]
O-Oh, hello Atsushi-san! Did you hear us talking about you?
no subject
[They literally have the same back.]
no subject
no subject
...your standards for company are too low.
[God, he still sounds awkward, halting and stilted enough that Atsushi will pick up on it. This may have been a mistake.]
