dead serious! the xaela in the steppe have a tribe called the goro- they marry horses!
then again those tribal xaela are just odd all around.
I've seen them race horses though
but on Eorzea people race chocobo!
they're horse-birds!!
and the jockeys there don't wear mattresses to race
or silk
they'll usually wear nothing but pants!
maybe you'll do better if you take your shirt off

i can hardly see the benefit to removing my shirt when racing

wind resistance and drafting arent viable options
as for the fresh air being good for me i have to disagree
i prefer to keep myself in one piece and not risk injury
