Hi, Lunatia, Minako Arisato here! So, I've been here a while, but I wanted to know a couple of things. First off... has anyone been going to the Academy, and is it worth it? I still had another year of high school, back home, so... [ she makes a face, gesturing vaguely ] you know. I don't want to go home, if I can help it, so yeah--might as well, right? But I don't really know what it's like.

Second! This question's more for music-type people, buuuuut is anyone here offering guitar or harp lessons? If we can even get instruments like that here! I haven't really looked at it. If there are any good books on local music history, that'd be really cool too!

[ she thinks for a second, scritching koromaru's ears. ]

Last one, I'd be really curious about any myths you know from your home, about the underworld or death? Whether you're from an Earth or not! [ she laughs after a moment, seeming a little self-conscious. ] Sorry, this has been a lot, huh? Thanks for your time, everyone!

Can't help you on the first two. As for death... uh, that's where things get really weird. I've seen the afterlife before.

Or, an afterlife, I guess. I've kind of come to the conclusion that there are a lot of them.

[Which is weird, but also makes a certain amount of sense, with all the different worlds and types of people out there. One afterlife probably couldn't work for all of them.]

Oh, Kairi-chan! Hi! [ she beams at her, before moving on. ] There are a bunch of different ones in my world's religions too... I don't know if any of them are real. Or maybe all of them are.

What was the one you saw like?

Hi yourself, Minako. [She gives her a returning grin, then frowns at the mention of religion.] I don't really know much about gods and religions or anything like that, myself, but for what I saw...

Imagine a huge, endless sea. And a blue sky above it. All stretching out forever in every direction. There are sparkly stars which I... have to assume are people's souls, because they can talk and remember their lives. That's what I recall. I wasn't there long.

That sounds... familiar. [ she frowns. ] I never saw it myself, but uh... there's a concept. Or maybe a place, or both--anyway, some people I used to know, they talked about this thing called the Sea of Souls?

I don't know what the place was actually called. I heard "The Final World" used for it, but that's kinda generic. Sea of Souls sounds like as good a name as any, and accurate.

They couldn't have workshopped that one a little more? [ she turns her attention to the dog. ] What do you think, Koromaru?

[ koromaru, being a sleepy dog, doesn't really move, just blinks once at her. ]

Yep, he hates it too.

To be fair, I don't think anyone who's seen it has really been in a creative mood. And usually going there is a pretty final thing, for obvious reasons.

[That's about as far as she's willing to defend the name, though. Especially since she has something else to focus on.]

Where'd you get the dog? He's adorable! And pretty calm-looking.

He's a friend from home! Our whole dorm looked after him. Shinjiro-senpai brought him here with some of that chalk--you know, the stuff from the place? [ ware wolf is hush hush, right. ] And he's usually calm, but this is just because Koromaru's really sleeeepy right now. If I was annoying him too badly he'd just go lie down somewhere else, though, so...

Oh, I know what you're talking about. One of my boys used something similar to get us a special fruit from home. [Paopu is important.]

He's a very handsome boy. You take him for a walk and you'll have everyone coming up to say hi just for an excuse to pet him.

Your boys? I don't think I've met them! Xion-chan mentioned a Riku, but... [ she has no idea if that's anything. dish, kairi. ] And I know, right? It's been great. He's so sociable, too, he loves the attention.

I cannot say that I've been to the Academy that is here, but I do spend a great deal of time in the library on the first level. I would be more than willing to help you find any books on local customs and music that goes along with them.

As for music itself, I can play the harp and piano, though I've found very little call for either skill in the last few years. If you'd like to learn what I know, I would be more than willing to share my knowledge with you?

Anyway, also looking into the academy itself. I'm wanting to know more about Chroma, and perhaps get a handle on their technology while I'm at it? Everything's suggesting magic and technology are tightly interlinked here.

I can't help you with music, I'm afraid. As for death, I haven't heard anything unusual, death is pretty much what it is based on the cultures of Earth.

Just got myself a guitar actually. I didn’t really wanna wait to try and bring the one I got from home. I can teach you, if you want? I know a little bass guitar too, taught Souji a bit for a last minute concert I asked my friends to do with me at Junes.

Well we're from the same planet with the same cultures, so I'm not sure if I have much to offer in terms of myths. But it's my field of study, so I can't help but be curious as to what brought this on.

Any kinds of myths about death? I've never actually been to hell, so I can't help with the underworld part, but I can definitely talk for hours about how being dead but not dead works.

I earnestly can't answer the first question, but I'd assume that it'd be pretty different.
