Hi, Lunatia, Minako Arisato here! So, I've been here a while, but I wanted to know a couple of things. First off... has anyone been going to the Academy, and is it worth it? I still had another year of high school, back home, so... [ she makes a face, gesturing vaguely ] you know. I don't want to go home, if I can help it, so yeah--might as well, right? But I don't really know what it's like.

Second! This question's more for music-type people, buuuuut is anyone here offering guitar or harp lessons? If we can even get instruments like that here! I haven't really looked at it. If there are any good books on local music history, that'd be really cool too!

[ she thinks for a second, scritching koromaru's ears. ]

Last one, I'd be really curious about any myths you know from your home, about the underworld or death? Whether you're from an Earth or not! [ she laughs after a moment, seeming a little self-conscious. ] Sorry, this has been a lot, huh? Thanks for your time, everyone!

[ Minako had a lot to ask about, which only made Sofia more curious as she hangs out at Solar Flexus, sitting by the boxing ring. She smiles at the camera, waving at Koromaru and Minako. She does want to pet the dog, but she wants to take this one at a time - starting with that last one ]

Well we're from the same planet with the same cultures, so I'm not sure if I have much to offer in terms of myths. But it's my field of study, so I can't help but be curious as to what brought this on.

[ her eyes light up at seeing sofia, and she waves in return. that question though...hm. she's not sure how much she should say. ]

Long story... but those powers you saw me using before? Personas. They come from the collective unconsciousness. Manifesting gods, monsters, demons, heroes-- [ she waves a hand. ] Anyway! Of the ones I have here, three are mine--reflections of my soul. [ rattling off and counting on her fingers, with a slight frown-- ] Orpheus. Thanatos. Messiah. There's sort of a pattern, right?

[ As someone who came from a Jewish family it was almost amusing to hear Minako can summon the Messiah. Enough to make her grin for a moment. She didn't put a lot of thought on that though, not that she's been a religious person any point of her life and distracted by the mention of the collective unconsciousness, Sofia hums and lies down on her side, resting her head on her hand while realizing that pattern. ]

An interesting pattern to be sure. So the collective unconsciousness is confirmed to exist in your world, hm? Funny you should mention it since that's the believed afterlife is for the majority of my world's cultures. Someone close to me, she believed strongly that's where consciousness go after death. A nexus for spirits connected to every other universe in existence.

I don't know if that's how it works back home. But it's like--a phrase that came up a lot for it was the Sea of Souls. But I don't really know how literal that is--whether souls come from there and return there, or... if it's just how people's souls are connected.
