[ Hi, Lunatia. Have a somewhat bored looking woman here, sort of gong bonkers sitting in this new apartment or exploring at random. She isn't good with this whole preventing herself from going stir crazy thing, but has for once opted to reach out and take other people's recommendations instead of meddling her way through. ]
So far as settling in here, I need a few things. I was hoping someone might be able to offer me a good suggestion or two to look in to on a few items so that this isn't.. quite so jarring.
[ Spoilers : it'll be jarring no matter what going from a glassed-in, engineered Utopia to a nuclear wasteland to a place that's not too far off Romdeau barring, you know. Lack of social and genetic engineering. So hey, up and up.
Long, pale fingers are counted on as she goes through her items: ]
One, I need a place to shop for clothing. I can't keep wearing these things every day.
Two, I'm going to need a place to train or, maybe, a trainer. Getting back in to a fitness routine now that I'm not on the Rabbit every day will be an improvement, I think.
Three... [ She pauses, seems to waver on this one, and finally comes out with it as if it's begrudging : ] ...I guess I'm going to have to learn to cook at least somewhat. Without Iggy or Vincent I'm at a loss, here. So, if anyone can give me instructions past a 'pinch' of salt in water for noodles, I'd appreciate it.
If anyone has anything to offer on any of these I'd appreciate it.
[ A curt little nod, and the video ends. ]

I can't really help with the training thing, but PrismaPlace, that big mall on Level 1, and Caihong, the really busy market district on Level 3, both sell clothes. Level 1 would probably have closer things to what you're wearing now, though.
And I do know how to cook a little bit, so I could try to help you with that, though it's easier if I know what kind of stuff you like to eat. [Assuming she even knows, given what she mentioned about her previous circumstances.]

It really depends on your style, but there's heaps of shops in PrismaPlace! And Caihong have some stores with different types of styles.

[In case it's not obvious two syllables in, this man has a hell of a Texan accent.]
I'm used to cookin' on my own. Usually had to do it for either myself, or a crew of about eight other fellas. If you don't mind a little southern cuisine, I can get ya some recipes.

As for training, I can help you with that. I'm not sure what "Rabbit" is. [ One of those "app" things, she bets. ] I can do strength training, but I'm also adept in Muay Thai, Savate, and Wing Chun among other fighting styles. Assuming it means anything to you.
Cooking advice: sugar will cut acidity. If you're making a tomato sauce, add a pinch or two. Not much of a cook and not sure how viable it'll be to eat out all the time for you, but there's no shame in not being a chef.
If you ask me, anyway.
