Tbf! Hisoka also uses his money for stupid shit. But he has to be aware of how much he has cause sometimes he would need to contact a friend to fix him up and that shit is expensive ... If he can't pay, he might end up with literally having no limbs. :( ]

That's called budgeting! It isn't too much fun, but sometimes has to be done to make sure you can have all the fun you want.
