[Maybe you were out and about today or otherwise just minding your business on a quiet and uneventful day like any other in the aftermath of the attack of the jellyfish.

When your network device turns on, an unexpected video feed from a name of a fellow Moonblessed.

There's no such moonblessed on screen, though! Just a conspicuous ball of fluff. After a moment of shuffling and what sounds like rumbling, out of nowhere… SUDDENLY…!]





[You see a cute little kitty's face. She can't be a moonblessed as Cordis is not visible, so she must belong to someone. Whoever it may be is not on screen but that won't stop the cat from greeting the network with the tiniest:]

Mew, mew! Meoooow!!

[She's very talkative. But where is her owner? Will you let him know of this cheeky cat deciding she wanted a spotlight? Or do you just want to talk to the kitty. Either is fine since it doesn't seem like he's in the room or even aware of what's happening.]

(( ooc: First few (two to three at max) responses will have exclusively kitty until Takame shows up, after that point Takame will start to answer immediately. I hope you enjoyed this picture of cat today. ))

[No, it is not Takame. For one Takame wouldn't greet Yoshimitsu by backing away from his image like the little kitty! Masked or not!

She doesn't go closer right away, but when she does she swats her paw at Takame's device with a small thump!]

[That's definitely not Takame! The cat's reaction certainly proves that much.

Yoshimitsu chuckles lightly as the cat smacks the screen. Maybe he shouldn't wear this right now. The poor thing is terrified.]

Oh, it ran...!

[Even though he's certain the cat won't be coming any closer, he still takes off his mask anyway.]

Nya, nya?

[He's trying to coax her over.]

[Oh no she's not letting her guard down that easy Mr. Mask! In fact she thumps the screen again and behind her her tail is thumping against what seems to be a table.

Yoshimitsu might notice the view shift to the left slightly. Then once more.

Before he knows he he'll be looking at the legs of the table as kitty knocked the device down onto the floor.]

Meow? Mrow...? [Well. At least she'll jump back down and sniff at the view, but it's upside down.] Mrh.

[Is he really that scary? Yoshimitsu doesn't know whether to laugh or cry. This certainly wouldn't be the first animal who dislikes him. As much as he loves cats, none of them seem to like him.]

Be nice! That's Takame's phone---[He pauses momentarily once she knocked the phone off the table. Hopefully, she didn't crack it.]

Takame? Where are you?

Mrrrrow? [Well, at least she's sounding more accommodating now. She doesn't like that mask one bit, but she's fine now that she and her Excellent Cat Sense Behind A Screen(tm) has decided he wasn't mean so she's moved to grooming herself instead.

Thankfully she didn't crack it, but hearing it fall on the floor definitely caught Takame's attention. Well, that and Yoshimitsu's unmistakable voice.]

What in the hells...? [It's faded due to distance. And proximity. But that's definitely Takame's voice. His footsteps could be heard getting closer, but one couldn't tell he was right there until the cat's attention turned to him.] Mrrow!

[One fuzzy leg goes up and suddenly Yoshimitsu has a front-row seat to a show he didn't ask for. He lets out a disgusted sigh as he purposely glances away. As much as he likes cats, he finds that to be gross. Just how can they lick themselves like that? Why?!]

Ick.

[He peeks down at the screen once he hears Takame's voice.]

Ah, there you are! Your new friend is quite feisty.

[Hey at least she had the decency to turn around. She's a cat what do you want from her.

Of course her supposed owner didn't make a comment otherwise, only sighing before picking the device up and putting it onto the table again.

Now in full view, he doesn't look angry with the cat, but he certainly doesn't seem too pleased with her batting his belongings from high points. Him not being angry is rare considering Sanguis was in view, but only waxing. And how could someone get mad at something so cute?]

She followed me here...

[He can't help but chuckle at Takame's expense. Leave it to him wander outside somewhere and suddenly return with a noisy stray.]

So she adopted you.

[Typical cat stuff. Even the cats in Sengoku Japan act accordingly.]

Better make suitable lodgings for your roommate. I doubt she'll leave any time soon.

So it would seem. [At least he's not denying it. Perhaps he should avoid the Ware Wolf Shop in the future lest he goes home with another cat following him.

At least he could have the occasional nostalgic tune now.]

Never? Well, you're in luck!

[Very lucky, indeed. Cats might not like Yoshimitsu but he certainly likes cats. He knows everything about these little furry monsters. Well, almost everything. Cats are rather mysterious.]

Cats are rather easy to please. Often all you need is just some food, water and maybe a stick or two.

[The stick is for playing with the cat.]

... Is it-- ah--. ["What are you doing?" is mumbled at the kitten while she circled around and between his legs. But he continued.]

Meanwhile kitty is up to something off screen, barely visible behind Takame's leg.]
