I have no intention of falling behind on my studies simply because I'm in another world. I have a particular interest in chemistry, so we'll be starting with that. Those interested in a group should reply so we can discuss a time.

I also need a haircut. Are there any recommended, licensed stylists available?

[ Someone talk him out of the haircut he has zero taste it will go badly. He pushes up his glasses as if he's confident this is the clear path.

[ How did this even happen?! Mayuzumi really should've kept his mouth shut.

And this guy figured out his weak point pretty fast, too; there's no way that he's gonna be able to get out of this if Akashi's on board even if he and the guy hadn't started dating. Akashi always does have an uncanny way of getting him to go along with annoying stuff like this...

Mayuzumi feels like he's somehow getting tag-teamed here by someone who isn't even part of this conversation! ]

He doesn't need tutoring from anyone, it's obvious he's simply taken an interest in you. [ He said he was envious after Midorima mentioned him... ] The other members of the group would benefit from it, however.

[ He's not addressing his sneakiness. Midorima is a spoiled brat and he gets what he wants, it's just how it is. ]

Instead Mayuzumi is apparently being roped into herding a whole gang of brats, and that sounds a lot more like actual work to him. ]

[ That's kind of an understatement. But the bottom line is, Mayuzumi can't really say no now because Akashi will get all disappointed. Once again relationships are proving to be a real pain in the ass.

He sighs and doesn't even try to hide his annoyance. ]

Guess I've got no choice, then, because saying no to that guy always ends up being an even bigger hassle.

So? Who else am I gonna have to put up with for this?

[ Good. Mayuzumi can be the group dad, that means that Midorima won't have to be the responsible one. He still will be but it'll be nice to have help. ]

So far, Himuro, Akashi, and possibly Murasakibara.

[ So in actuality, not that bad. Especially since Himuro and Midorima will take care of Mursakibara if he actually shows up.

It'll be like a group of good children for Mayuzumi to deal with... ]

[ If it was someone else Mayuzumi might wonder if Midorima's actually serious about this studying thing and not just thinking of an excuse to get his friends to hang out with him.

But it is Midorima, and Mayuzumi's already noticed the guy really is this much of a big nerd to be worrying about studying on an entirely different world.

...Not that there's anything really wrong with that really, other than it making more work for Mayuzumi... ]

He's good at understanding and simplifying the material, even if he's infuriatingly quick a study.

That's a surprise. Well, I guess you can't always tell when it comes to things like that.

[ Mayuzumi's maybe not so different, really; it sure helped ensure he didn't have to apply himself too much to reach the minimum satisfactory level when it came to subjects he didn't care about. Cutting into his light novel downtime as little as possible was always a top priority, after all. ]
