I assume they're both father and son. Which one are you? It's a nice photo, regardless.

I'm the pint-sized one. Appreciate it. Think one of my Pa's old teammates took that one.

You're very fortunate to have it with you here. Photography was only a recent discovery in my homeland, so I never had the opportunity to take a family picture before my own father passed. I do wish that weren't the case.

Sorry to hear. Photography's changed a lot since this picture... even more here than back home for me. Cheesy as it sounds - you can probably make some new memories here, if it helps.

I never thought about it that way before. There are certainly a lot of possibilities. How should I go about asking someone for a picture? Supposing I wanted to take one with them.

This is new tech for me too, but you can actually take a picture with that device of yours.

Figured as much. Thing's full of surprises. I don't think I have it in me to ask her for one myself, can it do that on its own?

There should be a button that lets you switch to the little front facing camera. Then you can take a picture of yourself, or one of you and your "her." Whatever you like.

She's not my anything. No more than a friend. But I see that feature you mentioned now, and I'll be making good use of it, I'm sure. There's quite a lot in this world that's worth capturing.
