CASE 002 ♞ [TEXT]
Hello, this is Miles Edgeworth.
Firstly, I would like to post an update in reference to my previous network broadcast, located here.
I did forward everyone's submissions to the Office of the Magister Scientiae and have received a response from Magister Alcmene that the government is doing everything they can to best settle us into their society. Those struggling with the cultural differences, however, are recommended to make use of the local libraries.
While I personally deem this response inadequate, the fact remains that we are guests in their world, and there is still no solid evidence of foul play vs. us being accidental additions to their society. If anyone has any suggestions as to how to take this matter further, I would be happy to hear them.
All of those who provided submissions should now be in the receipt of coffee vouchers for the Lunar Scientiae cafe, a poor substitute for an actual resolution.
Secondly, I am planning on signing up for the Moon Knights soon, and would be grateful to hear about other people's experiences with the organization.
Finally, I am in the market for a roommate. Messy individuals with a propensity for sticking their noses in other people's business need not apply.

There were other problems too, but that was one failing on the part of the Moon Knights.

Perhaps they didn't know.
( He does know that this is a generous reading of events. )

It does not surprise me that this has happened, in any case, knowing our hosts' seeming indifference to our existence, outside of what we can provide for them.
Thank you for the information you have provided thus far. It will help us decipher a way forward.
Text
I think there must have been a traitor among the Moon Knights, because somehow Eclipse's leader, Janus, found out about the investigation, and that the Moon Knight called Farouq was the one who was most directly involved with it. Janus had Farouq's young daughter kidnapped and used that to coerce all of our names out of him. Janus invited the lot of us to a "private party" that involved siccing an even more enhanced than before Barbarus on us. Fortunately, we had our powers then.
Text
Unfortunately, organizations such as these are open to corruption. In any case, it did not seem as though the Moon Knights expected for those latter events to occur, because who would willingly expose their own children to such a risk?
Text
I don't believe Farouq himself willingly put his daughter in harm's way. I believe one of his Moon Knight colleagues may have betrayed him and us to Eclipse, though.
Text
I do hope the Moon Knights conduct a through investigation and uncover who the traitor was.

( Then again, just because something makes sense doesn't mean it happens. )
