CASE 002 ♞ [TEXT]

Hello, this is Miles Edgeworth.

Firstly, I would like to post an update in reference to my previous network broadcast, located here.

I did forward everyone's submissions to the Office of the Magister Scientiae and have received a response from Magister Alcmene that the government is doing everything they can to best settle us into their society. Those struggling with the cultural differences, however, are recommended to make use of the local libraries.

While I personally deem this response inadequate, the fact remains that we are guests in their world, and there is still no solid evidence of foul play vs. us being accidental additions to their society. If anyone has any suggestions as to how to take this matter further, I would be happy to hear them.

All of those who provided submissions should now be in the receipt of coffee vouchers for the Lunar Scientiae cafe, a poor substitute for an actual resolution.

Secondly, I am planning on signing up for the Moon Knights soon, and would be grateful to hear about other people's experiences with the organization.

Finally, I am in the market for a roommate. Messy individuals with a propensity for sticking their noses in other people's business need not apply.

...I'm cognizant of my own strengths and abilities, and how and why they came to be. They do not define me but they are a part of me. [One fear: herself, out of control, or worse, in the wrong hands.]

You felt superstitious? On a planet filled with mythical beasts, mood and mind altering food, and natural satellites that bless us with supernatural animal-themed features and powers every month?

They were not naturally inherited but with training I overcame that obstacle. [She should probably stop there. This is probably just going to prompt more curiosity out of him but she has very strong feelings about this in particular.] I have however seen the disaster and ruin that follows when my abilities are... replicated and used for destructive purposes. Cloned. They've been put to rest, rest assured.

Your last post mentioned you're from the planet Earth. What time?

2081 by our cosmic calendar. It doesn't seem to match up with many others around here, but I'll presume your Earth hasn't established interstellar travel yet.

Yes. Earth is hardly a frontier. I myself was born to an Earth colony on the planet K-2L. Communication and cooperation with other alien species is standard.

Should you ever find yourself liberated of Prismatica's hold, the planet Norion could use someone like you.

The pursuit of truth and justice isn't a skill everyone has, sadly lacking from the Galactic Federation in recent times. They have a base on that planet.

You'd have your work cut out for you but I suspect that might be the same no matter the time or planet.
