Lots of people seem a touch down lately. So, everyone! I have a simple game that might cheer us all up, or at least make Iris cycle go by faster for me while I read everyone's replies!

You have to post your type! Physical preferences, personality traits you really like, your dream partner! Go on and list it, and people can say if they know someone like that, perhaps tease you for your preferences, that sort of thing. You can post anonymously here too, if you're shy! Just have fun!

I do believe we're on the same page in several matters.

I don't think I could ever accept someone who would expect me to settle into a quieter life, and, all the same, I couldn't expect such a thing from them in return.

Perhaps not what everyone wants to hear, but I'm drawn to a certain level of conviction.

Mm, I agree; my work is very important to me, seeing as it betters the lives of others. I feel as though putting down a scalpel and giving that up would be depriving people I could have saved for more selfish reasons.

My own abilities will likely fade in time, and I can retire to something less hands-on away from the frontlines.

Conviction, though; that can go many ways. Generally-speaking with a more positive turn on it, I would agree. Conviction is an important trait as well.

I would agree there, but I've never been known for the most sound of judgments when it comes to matters of the heart.
