What do you guys DO around here?

I've been here for some time, maybe two months, and honestly I'm getting bored out of my mind so easily. The chunk of time that was supposed to be "high school attendance" is empty and I have nothing to fill it in with.

[He can't keep asking the guys to play basketball with him, they have their things to do.]

And don't tell me to go to school! That's worse than being bored

So far I've played basketball, like, at any given moment. But you can go so far without an opponent. I've sculpted some glass which was terrifying, took selfies, went window shopping, ate crepes, played every game there is.
I even started following the horoscope and hunting down lucky items and honestly, I'm scared I'm turning into Midorimacchi!! HELPPPP!

Any suggestion will do! I'm up to trying anything, at least once!

Ah, the youth left idle and uninspired amidst a lax and undisciplined society. A most lamentable failing that I have seen far, far too many times.

Do you have an interest, perhaps, in the arts? It is something oft-neglected in nations guided by uninspired leaders, I find, but if there is sufficient interest among the populace I may just be able to redress this deficiency.

I mean, there are a lot of people interested in Japanese art but I'm not one of them. I mean, I appreciate it because some of it is crazy expensive and important but not something I can properly understand

I see. Well, I cannot say I know much about Japanese art, as it is not something that exists where am from. I do, however, have both a keen interest and a wellspring of experience in the theatrical arts.
Is that something that you or any of your acquaintance would take an interest in?

I wish I explain it. Apparently it's very profound and important.

Theatrical? As in acting and stuff?

I, too, wish you could explain it, now that you have piqued my curiosity. Alas, I shall have to remain unsatisfied, as usual.

Putting that aside... Yes, I mean "acting and stuff." Perhaps even an opera if sufficient talent can be found, though I expect that is too tall an order.

Yeah, opera is a bit too much. I mean, I can sing, but not SING sing. Opera people just have crazy good voices.

I am a part-time model, but I never tried acting though. I wonder if I'd be any good at it.

As for acting, there is a common misconception that the necessary talent is something one is either born with or not. In fact, it is practice and effort that are most important. If you are willing to put in the work, you could probably at least be a passable performer.

I think acting would come tough to people that are really honest. I mean, isn't acting like impersonating someone else's life? As in, lying? Also, the guts to perform in front of people as well. Not everyone is cut out for it

Not all will succeed, it is true. Far fewer still can make it as professionals. Still, most of those willing to put in the effort can be at least passable, for the purposed of an amateur troupe.

Hmmm I guess I could try it out at some point. Not the best with memorizing stuff but I'm pretty good at improvising!

I am glad to hear it.
Perhaps I shall even consider assembling an acting troupe, myself. It would be nice to have a group formed by Moonblessed for Moonblessed, and, I must confess, I have found myself rather idle as well.
