text!

i'm kind of curious at what other people dream about and i would love to hear them! from dream dream which happen when you're asleep to ones that are life dreams, i guess they would be more life goals but... i am sure that you get the point.

i have to admit, i've never had them before so i want to know what it feels like for others. i do hope that this isn't too invasive.

thank you so much if you respond.

There were a number of other ones, as well. Usually it involves something outrageous like giving birth to some sort of monster, or having to pull all my teeth out with far too much ease for my comfort.

It was never enough to really instill a dread of sleep within me, but I did always wake up somewhat unsettled.

Would it surprise you if I said that the school ones are always the most unsettling?

In terms of academics? It was widely renowned for a reason.

In terms of how bearable it was? ...not bad, but could have been better.

Perhaps they weren't the best years of my life, but my time at the Academy was a reprieve from the less savory aspects of my childhood.

[It was a boarding school, which meant time away from her father...]

But to be reminded of how much I needed to escape...

Perhaps some other time I could explain more.

The others aren't quite as unsettling because...I don't know, I considered them less horrifying and more simply strange? I've been told by one of my advisors that such dreams are common for those undergoing stress.
