Ah, there! Need, ehh... [She trails off and scrunches her nose, trying to think of the right word. Dammit, she heard it all the time--] Moon--Chroma! Moonlace! For Chroma! [She looks momentarily pleased at having gotten it right before going right back to scowling]

So stupid! Clothes, clothes, clothes! Yell at me all the time to wear, but never give! Got seven things, but have worn them all. Need more!

[Her tank top seems slightly rumbled from being worn most of the day, but otherwise okay. The real question is, what happened to the seven other pairs of clothes she'd worn before?]

So stupid! You humans and your clothing, what is point? [She stamps her foot for added emphasis for her annoyance and then immediately cringes like the motion caused her pain and she takes a seat instead.]

Need chroma, soon. Can kiss or hold hands or [She flaps her hand dismissively] Whatever! Need seven more clothes, at least.

Yeah, uh, I've never heard of mermaid wearing clothes, but... people on land do. I mean, maybe just get some shorts and a t-shirt or something. It's not like you'd be wearing a lot.

Wear, ehh... What is called... 'Tank top,' and those 'shorts.' Do not like them overly much, but people do not yell at me much if wear them. Except to ask if am cold. Always if am cold!

But, they get dirty so easily. Can not wear same thing too long, move onto next one. Then, run out!

[She looks a bit baffled by this all. Look, she was a mermaid living in water when would she have ever needed to know how to wash anything before now?? Thankfully she does, at least, know how to bathe herself. She learned that before coming here.]
