I told you he was an amazing man, but that's getting away from your original topic, isn't it? Why are you so interested in the thoughts others have on pain? Do you not have any thoughts yourself?

Then it's just curiosity. Would it be too much to ask what some of your own are, it's okay if it's some you may deem unimportant in comparison.

People are imperfect, the sooner they realize that the better it would be for those who don't fit into perceptions.

Although I have to agree, feeling pain makes me feel alive, makes me feel like I'm doing something other than just existing. Though that's more for myself than it is for anyone else.

You have very interesting thoughts, and not something I expect to hear from many others. But I appreciate them, and the fact that you were willing to share them.

As someone who has to work hard at fitting in, I find this very comforting. Being here has allowed me to find one or two people that are accepting when pretenses are dropped, and that seems to be the one redeeming aspect of this place.

The one. Being separated from someone important is a drawback that's much too big in order to find much else comforting in this world.
