I was hoping this was a temporary thing but I have to ask.

Has anyone else experienced any particularly... worrisome new changes this month?

I am Cordis aligned and usually take the features of a fox, but this month has been a little different. As in, ’many more tails than I should’ different. I’d like to know I’m not the only one.

It happened to me, too. It reminds me of that temporary Moonblessing the people who were captured by the Sinless had that month, except the people who got that only had fox traits.

I've also added moth wings to my look.

Hm. I've seen species crossover in one of my associates but this is the first I've heard of moths being involved.

The cult was taken care of, I thought? Strange that blessing seems to have come back out of the blue.

The same happened to me, too. I seem to also have new abilities. Same ones the fox cult had.

I haven't thought to check for that yet, myself... although most of my blessings have been rather passive.

I wonder why all the changes? They seem to be cropping up rather suddenly.

Yeah, it's like a waterfall effect. One change happens, others follow along. I suppose the deities behind these changes are pleased with us for helping out when needed.

Yeah, ME TOO! I'm Sanguis and turned into a dragon. I tried hittin' up an embassy to send a letter to the Dragon King, but chucking them a message is a crap shoot, so I may not get an answer from them.

The moon was green instead of red to me, too, but I don't remember ever having that flower tea they gave us when we were over there.

The fox stuff was wine, I remember. Did you have any recently?

Yes, but it was all home-brewed quite a while ago. I haven't made any new batches recently.

I wonder if it's a side effect of being here for so long.

Got some new attachments myself. Extra hair, claws on my one hand, and a big dang set of horns. I ain't seen my my usual "blessings" this time around.

Didn't know you could have more than one tail.

Interesting. Is the hair worse or better than the scales?

Japanese folklore mentions 'kitsune' quite a bit - fox spirits with multiple tails. It seems we've both gotten an upgrade, laborer.

Guess I'd go for hair, if I had to pick. That don't account for the upkeep, but every damn shirt I had got caught on the scales if I moved the wrong direction.

I wouldn't call them all that worrisome, we've had them before.

I'm not sure why we're getting them again, but I won't complain.

I suppose - changes weren't so drastic before, from what I've noticed.

I don't believe so. Most of my changes since arriving here have been purely physical.

Keep things cold... through touch? At least your changes are somewhat helpful. I assumed one tail was difficult enough to sleep on, but now I have to deal with four.

Yeah, I ain't exactly having fun with that one either. Mostly keep it tucked down one leg.

I would not call them worrisome, perhaps. However, I have most certainly noticed alterations that have been... beyond the usual patterns, shall we say.

It would not be impossible, perhaps. I will admit that I am not particularly well-versed in the nature of these specific moons, but given the evidence present it would hardly be an unreasonable theory.
