only if the game relies a good chunk on actual skill. luck and risk are worthwhile factors, anyone who plays video games knows that, but I find games that don't have a strong strategy element boring.

Some of the VR consoles here have decent battle or dungeon options that utilize a combination of strategy, luck, and procedurally generated elements.

it's nothing like rap. Rhyme is a VR battle game played in mental cyberspace fields. The damage you take from attacks feels like pain, and the sensations can carry over once you've logged off.

There's a couple. Full-sensory short-term dungeons. The gear and items you start with and find throughout are randomized. You feel the pain and any unpleasant status effects triggered by traps and enemies. Whoever has more points at the end wins.
