Ah, I see. A Cordis, perhaps? Or just a man with a big appetite? Either way, I could look into setting aside some ingredients for you? I already have someone interested in eggs, so I could try setting aside a dozen for you each week, plus some herbs to cook with? And if you want anything else that can be bought in Caihong, I could look into having it at my shop for you when you come visit?

I'm truly sorry for not being able to give you the sort of news that these sorts of questions deserve, and of course, there's no guarantee that I'm even correct. Both, I believe. It is especially troubling towards the beginning of the month, but he has a general tendency to eat more than I am used to preparing… enough that, while I would never want to seem ungrateful or spurn your generosity, I’m not so certain a dozen eggs will last a week with him. Whatever you can provide to help in that regard, I would greatly appreciate.

But please do not feel obliged to do so on account of the reading! My sister is nothing if not resilient! I am, as ever, still worried about her… So long as we have faith in her ability to overcome whatever challenges she might be facing in my absence, though, I have a feeling she will be just fine!

How about I see what I can gather for you to see you through Cordis because you seem a very kind, thoughtful, and sincere person? That's all the reason I need to want to help you out, really. I should perhaps mention, however, that I haven’t tended to chickens before. I would make an effort nonetheless if that is what you would ask of me, though!
