(With all of the apologies lately, Daenerys is going to prove to be quite different from the rest. She, for the most part, is looking content, watching something - someone, actually - dipping and diving over her head.)

I was informed that I may acquire wings in time. How might I go about earning them quicker?

(She has long held onto the dream of flight. Now that dream has become a ravenous craving and the young queen longs for it.)

I fall under the control of the Sanguis moon. I had talons, scales, fangs, but sadly I was grounded.

There probably is. But observations from a Cordis or Iris are bound to be half as useful. I doubt anyone's put much thought into analyzing the selection of traits or any links or correlations between the trait and the person affected.

Only thing I can tell you is, some bracelet sold by someone can make traits permanent. The one it made permanent was random, and something I hadn't even noticed having during the moon cycle. I found out by accident.

I thought there was more information to be had. (She is searching for some sort of continuity to the transformations.) What has been your experience if you do not mind me inquiring?

(The idea of permanent wings does make her smile, however she could also be stuck with permanent fangs or scales. Those are less thrilling.)

If you remove the bracelet, what happens?

Rabbit ears, quicker arousal, superfast healing, and electrical powers. Wearing the bracelet made the healing permanent. I experimented by taking off the bracelet. It didn't affect that; it healed as fast with or without it.

You have been given a useful gift. The other traits, save perhaps the ears, would have been equally intriguing. I experienced a longing to see blood when I transformed and I felt stronger physically.

Hard to disagree, it's useful.

Blood already looks kinda cool. Something about that shade of red. I know that's not what you must be talking about, but whatever. Who cares.

Blood is beautiful. I have never seen a fabric that can match its hue. Some jewels come close, but they lack the life you can see in freshly shed blood.

I...shouldn't. Like it, I mean. My family doesn't have the best track record where it is concerned.

Who cares about should or shouldn't? it's just a vital bodily fluid. Anyone who gets cuts or scrapes is bound to see some now and then.

[When he was very young and got such injuries he'd smear some of the blood on his hands and show it to his mother to see her go from stern and stoic to frazzled. Something ultimately harmless.]

Hmm. That's only a big deal because of the whole causing injury and death to others shit, right?

Find someone who doesn't mind that done to them, especially if they heal fast.

I don't know how you can't mind having your tongue cut out.

That's oddly specific.

[He did voluntarily get someone to burn his tongue with a cigar, but that's a bit different from outright removal like she's suggesting. Also, why the tongue. Anyone who tries to cut his out will only do so after a long fight. That's the only part of him capable of feeling pain, and therefore the only part of him he considers alive.]

My father did many horrible things.

(He didn't need a reason, either. Woe to anyone who spoke out against him, however. Having your tongue cut out might seem a gentle fate compared to being burned, slowly, alive.)

You are not him.

For my suggestion, the idea is that the person you wound decides how you do it. Pursue or not, up to you.
