(With all of the apologies lately, Daenerys is going to prove to be quite different from the rest. She, for the most part, is looking content, watching something - someone, actually - dipping and diving over her head.)

I was informed that I may acquire wings in time. How might I go about earning them quicker?

(She has long held onto the dream of flight. Now that dream has become a ravenous craving and the young queen longs for it.)

I fall under the control of the Sanguis moon. I had talons, scales, fangs, but sadly I was grounded.

[He sucks in a breath, knowing all too well how she feels. Rey had done the same, even if she hadn't killed him for it.]

He didn't understand you, then. He didn't trust that you knew what was right. Let me guess, he had others who turned him against you? Or was that his own blindness to what you wanted to build together.

[He had offered Rey an entire galaxy and still she turned her back on him. It still hurt, even if they were trying to be friends now. They hadn't talked about it and he's done his best to push down how much he wants her still. Not even an entire galaxy could fill that void.]

Mm. That's true.

[He smirks a bit, just the smallest hint of humor in the features of a man who almost never smiled. She was right, of course. He could barely think straight during Sanguis, forget the triple moon when Rey was in heat. It was like drowning in an ocean of need and passion. No, she was right. They would want to think clearly for this.]

I would be interested to see your wings another time, whenever you get them.

If you don't kill them, I'd be happy to do you the favor. Though, you strike me as someone who isn't afraid of exacting justice when it's warranted. What they did to you wasn't justice. They decided on their own who you were. They made the choice for you.

[Her anger and her pain were so familiar to him that it makes his expression darken along with her own. Her story about her father, and the comparisons people undoubtedly made of the two of them, reminded him of himself. It had hurt, remembering the times his parents would whisper behind closed doors about him. He knew now it was because they thought he was like his grandfather.

It was the successful attempt on her life that makes him the most bitter. Luke hadn't been able to go through with it, but the damage it caused was far worse than if he had just killed him in cold blood. He would never forget the lesson that night had taught him.
]

I am free, if you'd like the company. I want to hear more about your home. Maybe we don't have to talk about the people who betrayed your trust - we could talk about other things if you want. Or we don't have to talk at all.

[The insinuation is there, plain as day. He sends her his location.]
