I don't know how you losers manage to get anything done. Before I didn't really understand why people didn't just do what they needed to and then move onto the next thing.

It's because of all these stupid emotions. Not only are they distracting, they just enable weakness. You sit there and think and process before doing something productive. Then you have to process some more because you had feelings over what just happened.

How do you even live with yourselves.

Excuse me, brother, but I want a refund.

If you don't already know then really I don't feel inclined to share.
Not with a "light is what makes us strong" sort of person at any rate.

Even if you don't tell me, I can't just ignore you. Not after what you've told me.

It's more that it's a problem if you've sided with darkness.

[ It takes him a while to reply back, taking in those words. He doesn't think he's lying, considering that he knows as much about Xehanort as he does, but... How could he stray so far from the path of light? And, where was Eraqus in all of this? They promised they'd be there for one another. ]

Then, that means I have a chance to save him.

What happens will happen. It can't change.

He can be saved.

Whatever happens in the future, I'll be there to bring him back to the right path.

Not before he puts the World in jeopardy.
Not before he tears a child's heart in half and weaponizes them.
Not before he destroys many, many lives.
Not before he allows for many worlds to fall to Darkness.
So maybe you save him. Maybe you don't.
Either way you won't save the people whose lives he's taken and shattered.

Placing faith and trust in someone who claims to be darkness would be foolish of me.

I won't believe in your lies without proper evidence.

[ Still, why does... he have this feeling of dread...? Why does he feel like what he's saying isn't all falsehoods? ]

You can ask any of the others that wield a Keyblade here.
They'll tell you the same thing.
I might be of the darkness but I don't make a habit out of lying.
The truth is much more painful.

Enough of this farce.

Xehanort would never do as you're saying. I won't listen to anymore of of these lies.
