I know this is probably a bit of a stupid question, but I'm actually mildly curious. And you know what they say: 'curiosity killed the cat'.

So, my birthday is tomorrow and I'm turning eighteen, finally. . . To be honest, birthdays aren't as big of a deal, which is why I want to know if there's anything special that people do for their eighteenth? Or just birthdays in general.

I'm interested in how other worlds celebrate, after all.

I'm not getting drunk on my birthday because then my roommate has to deal with that and he doesn't deserve dealing with that shit?!

We literally live together.

And while I do have other friends, I can't burden them with that, much less have them stay over in the apartment for a stupid reason.
