He has his head resting in the palm of is hand as if he's considering. And though his tone sounds nothing but curious, he's not particularly amused. ]

So. I'm going to take bets on what I might be - Hurry, place them while you can!

[ There's a long pause, as if he's absolutely teasing everyone. He is. ]

I'm kidding. I've always been like this. I've experienced zero changes since arriving here a few weeks ago. No weird impulses, no personality changes, no physical changes, either.

I mean, it's not like there's some sort of personality test and you get sorted into moons or something, so there's no way for me to know unless I change what I am here.

We need one of those online quizzes that I see ads for sometimes 'Tell us your favorite foods and we'll find you the perfect vacation spot!' Except it tells you what moon you are most likely to be.

[ Raises one brow. ]

So those of you who are Iris and have antlers only during the moons - your antlers shed monthly and regrow the following month?

[ Because that sounds like it sucks to him. There's a moment's pause, and he shifts a little, leaning away from the desk and relaxing into his chair. ]

I'm going to take a shot in the dark here and say that it's probably impossible that I'm none of the above as far as the moons go. And at some point or another whatever I'm meant to be will reveal itself.

Anytime, during one of them, it'll suddenly show me what's up. And if I never change that probably means I am Iris.

Yeah, it's pretty interesting to see how different they are from person to person.

I'm used to different species entirely.

Like... bunny people and boar people?

You know, I'm trying to remember if I know any boar personally....

Yes. Plus wolves, bears. Not just herbivores.

[okay, she's not smart enough to know the word, but if "herbivores" and "carnivores" are a thing...]

People that eat both things?

Yeah, I mean technically we all can be in some way.

Just what we need from our diets is different.

[ And he's not going to go down the meat is illegal path, there's no point given how many eat it anyway. ]

I guess it makes sense when you put it that way! Lots of humans here thinks I only eat vegetables, but- I can eat meat, too!

[Which... her broad smile might demonstrate, seeing as those canines look far sharper than anyone who is basically half-horse has the right to have.]

Weird to assume someone's diet. They're used to seeing animals on all fours who don't talk, though. So I'm giving them a pass for now.

Yeah, I’d say that’s the usual here...

I’d say people will get used to it, but I’ve been here so long and people still get shocked, cause, you know... people come and go so much. I guess there’s no helping it.

I'll get used to it, then. It's not a huge deal if there's stares.
