I'm actually an idol, but I've recently started composing music as well.

Having the ability to freestyle is amazing in and of itself! Sometimes I'll think about a verse or a small change in instruments so much that I'll forget to sleep, so I admire people that can come up with such inspiring music on the spot.

It takes practice same as anything else, but it's a different way of practicing than finding precision like in traditional music.

Still, I feel like this is an unequal trade... My schedule here is much more flexible than it was at home, but would a weekend be alright with you? Rather than booking one of the booths at 3CLIPSE weeks in advance, I have a decent recording studio in my apartment we could use while practicing.

A weekend is fine, but the recording studio isn't necessary. Freestyle can be done any time and any place.
