[ The video flickers on and Riou... does not have his wolf ears as he did in the past. In fact, it's noteable that he looks a little frustrated. He's got a small frown and his brows are furrowed in a state of perplex. Indeed, there's not a Sanguis trait in sight.

When Riou returned to Prismatica, he returned as a member of the Iris gang. More than that, he returned with the strength of an anime from the 90's. Okay, no suit. No shirt either, since those wings definitely don't fit in there. Basically you've got a man in camo pants with no shirt and giant swan wings. ]

What circumstances causes a blessing to change? I was Sanguis before.

[ And now he's spent all morning sitting with his legs crossed and willing his "heat" to go down so that he could make a post to ask. He has it under control for now, thank you.

What's less under control is the fact that he can in no way hunt like this?? How is he supposed to get food when he can't blend into his environment? ]

Mostly jellyfish-like changes, but I don't mind the outward appearance so much as the other effects..

Swan was not an option for Iris when I was here previously.

[Listen... Not being able to wear shirts because of giant swan wings is a relatable problem, but a video of a hot shirtless guy is undoubtedly even more of a Problem for anyone feeling the Iris cycle right now. Thanks for that, Riou.

I've met a few people who have had their moonblessings change, but as far as I can tell, there doesn't seem to be a reason behind it. The only thing I know is that it apparently doesn't happen often, and even though some people change back after several months, others keep their new moonblessing permantently. Going from Sanguis to Iris seems like a big change...

It is a very big change for seemingly no reason...
When my traits didn't show for Sanguis I thought it was just a low-trait month.

Is there any known means to change intentionally?

I can imagine. I haven't heard of anyone being able to change simply from wishing it, but at the same time, it seems unrealistic to accept that the changes are only random.

I don't know how it compares to Sanguis, but if it helps, Iris isn't quite as bad as it seems once you learn how to cope with it. It's inconvenient in many ways, but...

Um... For now, you may want to lay low until you get used to it. Just in case.

I wouldn't assume just from wishing it, but there may be a process.

How do you cope with this in a way that allows you to go outside?

I never know how this happens myself...[She pauses in order to take a look at his wings.] But I have encountered others who have changed, and also had the same question.
