[ The video flickers on and Riou... does not have his wolf ears as he did in the past. In fact, it's noteable that he looks a little frustrated. He's got a small frown and his brows are furrowed in a state of perplex. Indeed, there's not a Sanguis trait in sight.

When Riou returned to Prismatica, he returned as a member of the Iris gang. More than that, he returned with the strength of an anime from the 90's. Okay, no suit. No shirt either, since those wings definitely don't fit in there. Basically you've got a man in camo pants with no shirt and giant swan wings. ]

What circumstances causes a blessing to change? I was Sanguis before.

I try to wear long shirts and always bring a second layer to tie around my waist, if necessary, though it doesn't offer any relief aside from diverting stares.

I realize how personal this topic is, but since so many of us are in the same situation, you shouldn't be afraid to rely on others.

However, be especially cautious during the three moons cycle. A member of Sanguis will be able to sense arousal, as you know, and the pheromones of Cordis blessed have enormous sway over an Iris.

[ Despite having been here as Sanguis previously, Riou's understanding of other peoples' socialization is... minimal. He kind of does what he wants and only learns after being corrected, and some people don't want to hurt his feelings so sometimes he doesn't get corrected... While he was able to smell Iris previously, he never considered it an invitation to bother anyone about it. Certainly not enough to consider it something to be cautious about.

He reads over the information he was supplies again, trying to consider alternative interpretations. Essentially, the game for Iris seems to be to try to prevent people from recognizing that you're in heat because of caution. He feels a need to ask, then. ]

Do many Sanguis go after Iris often?

"Go after" isn't necessarily the term I'd use, but it varies depending on the person. Members of Sanguis seem to be aggressive and territorial during their moon cycle. So depending on the individual and their temperament, if they encounter an Iris-blessed in heat, they may be more inclined to act based on their senses and intuition...

If it eases any of your worries, my roommate and several of my close friends are Sanguis, and nothing explicitly non-consensual or dangerous has happened so far. But the three moons cycle definitely amplifies feelings like that, to put it bluntly...

[ Ah. This makes perfect sense to him in some ways. It's the laws of nature. Sanguis are predatory animals, whereas Iris are herbivore prey. Cordis are omnivores in the middle of the food chain.

Though it's much more kind than in nature. They are, after all, still different than animals even if they become more animalistic throughout the month. It's interesting nonetheless. ]

Exactly. Even if the animals the moonblessing traits are associated with don't necessarily match up, that's the best way to think about it.

I always think of sheep as docile, but I'm sure they can be aggressive in the wild. I don't know many Sanguis with sheep traits, though...

I haven't either. There are a large number of wolves here.

I've noticed that too. Maybe most Sanguis suit the wolf's personality better.

But there are also people who don't seem to fit their moonblessings at all. Out of curiosity, would you say that your personality leans more toward Sanguis or Iris?

I can see aspects of both in myself.

I see. Maybe that's why you were able to switch moonblessings, even though it isn't what you wanted.

Still, I hope you're able to find a way to manage the Iris cycle in a way that works for you. It's daunting in the beginning, but as unhelpful as this advice may seem, you'll figure it out with time.

I'm actually an idol, but I've recently started composing music as well.

I'll send them over once I'm able to record some of them. I can also freestyle.

Having the ability to freestyle is amazing in and of itself! Sometimes I'll think about a verse or a small change in instruments so much that I'll forget to sleep, so I admire people that can come up with such inspiring music on the spot.

A weekend is fine, but the recording studio isn't necessary. Freestyle can be done any time and any place.
