It was never something that I needed to perform my duties. It does make introductions to people here awkward, though.

Well! It seems like you're in need of a name more than I am! Have you considered any? Would you happen to have a list of candidates?

Not at the moment, no. I suppose I'm not particularly attached to the idea, so I was considering asking for suggestions from others. I've also thought about allowing people to pick their own use-name for me if they like.

Your question came at a good time, it seems! I'm sure I'll be reading the other responses here.

That seems interesting. But wouldn't that get confusing? Well, anyway, I do hope you get some good ideas from this question!

I have a very, very good memory, so I think it would probably be fine. Perhaps it could be an experiment.

At home, I'm a type of priest called a saniwa, so most people just call me that.

If it's anything, I met someone who calls himself "the Spy"! It wouldn't be too bad to be called "the saniwa" by acquaintances.

It certainly doesn't bother me, but I think some people find it troubling to use a title.

The Spy, though? Really? I thought that spies were generally not meant to admit what they are.

Well, I’m not sure about his particular circumstances, but he said something like it stuck so he prefers it rather than his real name. I can understand. I use my nickname rather than my real name myself.
