Y'know, going up in space, visiting other worlds is supposed to blow your damn mind. The idea's that you're exposed to stuff so unreal, so beyond believin' that it's alien to you.

So why exactly are we celebratin' Christmas in space? Feels kinda weird, to be honest. But I guess capitalism and commercialism is a universal concept.

Still, though. Kinda gets me thinkin'. How do you celebrate your holidays where you're from? Don't tell me about Christmas though. We all know about Christmas.

[Have a lady with red eyes, pointed ears, and a triple layered kimono.]

Holidays are a new concept to me. If there were any on my world, they were celebrated only by humans.

Youkai don't celebrate birthdays, either. I've been more open to the holidays here.

There was one called Vulpus Astra. It honors the fox god Vulpus, who was said to save people from the calamity the locals talk about by carrying them on his back. I enjoyed the festival until the cult showed up and started kidnapping people.

For ritual sacrifice. They were stopped, and those that weren't killed in battle were arrested.

[And somehow she's pretty casual about all of this.]

Do you have much experience with cults? They were the first I've ever encountered.

This one seemed to be a relatively small group, although they did have earth magic and some other abilities so I wouldn't call them powerless. Just not particularly influential.
