Okay so... I've been thinking of doing this for a bit now.

This isn't my first time around humans, actually! I live on Earth so it's kind of hard to avoid them, and one of my good friends back home is half-human.

I see! I have found that I should not assume, since I have encountered several people who have never met humans before arriving here. It fascinates me, to a certain extent, and... well, I always find myself wondering about people's experiences with them.

...honestly, I find myself too excited to meet others who are not human that I find myself being... incautious about it, I suppose. It’s far riskier to be honest about what I really am back home, so even here, I find myself wanting to keep it private.
