Question for the network. How do you celebrate birthdays here? Do you mark it based on the days back home, or the date here? I guess I'm trying to figure out how I should count.

Also, if anyone has any good names for cats, I guess I'm open to suggestions. She's a girl, if that helps.

I count my age by the days back home, but if I did anything for my birthday, it would be based on the date here.

I actually had this same debate with myself last month, since that's when I turned 19 based on length of time since my last birthday.

That's basically what I'm trying to figure out. I mean I'm not really planning on celebrating, but figuring out the numbers is kind of important. Trying to decide if I turned 16 5 months ago or today.
