Question for the network. How do you celebrate birthdays here? Do you mark it based on the days back home, or the date here? I guess I'm trying to figure out how I should count.

Also, if anyone has any good names for cats, I guess I'm open to suggestions. She's a girl, if that helps.

We've based it on dates here. I would think you'd lose track of time otherwise.

She is, though. And soft. I didn't think she'd be this soft when she was clean.

I haven't met many cats before. A few strays on the street, or housecats wandering. I've never had a pet before.

Ah. I spend a lot of time at the cat cafe, so I see cats daily.

Cats are fairly easy to care for, at least.

I've got the litter box, and food, and a few toys, but I guess I just want to be sure I'm taking care of her right.
